What are digital downloads and how do I access them after purchase?
A digital product is a non-physical item, it is a file that you access on your computer or mobile device. Once your order is complete you will be able to access your purchased items via a link, also known as a ‘digital download‘, in the following ways:
- An email will be sent to the address you’ve entered, which contains a downloadable link. (Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received an email.)
- The order confirmation page you are directed to immediately after purchase will also contain a downloadable link.
Once you have accessed the downloadable link, the files will begin to download to the device you are using (laptop, tablet or phone). Open the file and enjoy!
How do I use my digital downloads?
After you have purchased a digital file, make sure to access it via the download link and save the files on your device.
- If you purchased digital trackers or digital planners, there will be an extra downloadable file with instructions on how to use them.
- If you purchased wall art/wallpaper for your phone or laptop, simply select the file as a background on your device.
- If you purchased a colouring-in page, you can print the file at home or visit a local print shop.
As computer, mobile, app and printer settings differ, it is recommended that you consult the appropriate guide in order to download, save, access and print your files.
What are digital planners and trackers?
Some people prefer to use a digital planner/agenda to plan their days, weeks or months or a digital tracker to monitor habits and improve their productivity. The benefits include less paper used, easy access across multiple devices and undo functions, just to name a few. Both are available as a PDF file, to be accessed on your computer or mobile device, which can be re-used as many times as you like. Therefore, you simply need an appropriate app to be able to use it, such as Adobe Acrobat, Xodo, Notability, GoodNotes etc.
Can I re-use or re-distribute your designs after I purchase them?
All designs are copyrighted and only for personal use only. This applies to both physical products and digital downloads.
This means that you are allowed to use (and re-use) them for personal purposes, which do not include sharing designs or otherwise using files for commercial purposes (EG: Branding, sales, promotion or advertisements).
For example, digital artwork can be used in your own social media posts, as part of your own personal artwork or any other occasion which does not generate income or proceeds.
You are entitled to use the products either yourself, or to give to another person as an individual gift. Please do not reproduce our artwork or share without prior consent, as this is a breach of copyright and terms of sale.
All featured content may not be resold, relicensed, sub-licensed, rented, leased or used in advertising or branding.
Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the content remain exclusively with A Modern Remedy/AMR Store.
