Current shipping delays
Please note that COVID-19 is impacting delivery times worldwide. Delays may still occur in your region due to ongoing increased parcel volumes, limited flights and social distancing requirements.
A gentle reminder to be patient & kind towards postal employees, as delays are outside of their control. They may also be short staffed and extremely overwhelmed.
Packing & Shipping
We are committed to using environmentally friendly packaging and materials which don’t include plastic and are 100% recyclable. This includes the use of 100% recycled packaging and eco-friendly packaging tape. Items are sent carbon neutral from Australia Post to help offset emissions.
Can I track my order?
If you chose the track(ing) shipping option will you be able to track your order.

Returns & Refunds
It’s our hope that you absolutely love your items, however please choose carefully, as we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. We will however accept if your item has been damaged in transit or is otherwise faulty.
Please note that AMR is not responsible for any damage, losses or delays incurred by the postal service or any other shipping service.
However, if anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com straight away, providing us with your order number, a description of the goods ordered and a photo of the damage incurred and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
Please do not return any items before first making contact with us. Damaged items must be reported to us within five days of your order being marked as ‘delivered’ on tracking.
Items that have been deemed damaged or faulty will be replaced. Replacements will issued for the exact item(s) originally ordered, or, only in the case that these are now out of stock, with the nearest possible alternative.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. Rates will vary depending on the delivery destination and the order weight.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to almost everywhere, worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us & we’ll see what can be done to make it happen.
When will you send my order?
Your order will be dispatched typically within 1 to 3 business days after your purchase (from Monday to Friday). Orders made after 5PM Friday will be processed and/or shipped the following Monday at 9AM.
When will my order arrive?
This can vary due to conditions outside our control. Please note the below estimated delivery times as a guide (excluding the impact of COVID-19):
