Tax & Duties
All of our products are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Please note that A Modern Remedy/AMR Store is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly.
Damaged or Lost Products
We are sorry to hear that your parcel has gone missing!
Due to the large volume of packages processed, items may from time-to-time arrive damaged or are considered missing/lost, though this is rare.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five business days of the order being marked as ‘delivered’ on tracking. Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the goods.
- A photo of the damaged item(s).
Damaged items will be replaced with the exact product originally ordered, unless the item is out of stock, where it will be replaced with the closest alternative.
Please note that we do not offer any refunds for lost, missing or damaged items.
Additionally, it is recommended to take your parcel to your local Post Office for them to inspect any damaged parcels, so we can help lodge a claim. In any case, we aim to have this sorted for you as soon as possible.
If you chose to ship your order without tracking, we will not be able to offer any replacements for damaged or lost/missing items. This is due to the inability to track or overwise verify where the order is, or who handled the order during shipping. If shipping without tracking is selected, the customer assumes full liability for any damaged, lost or missing items.
Refunds & Returns
It’s our hope that you absolutely love your items, however please choose carefully, as we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. We will however accept if your item has been damaged in transit or is otherwise faulty.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, losses or delays incurred by the Post or any other shipping service.
However, if anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com straight away, providing us with your order number, a description of the goods ordered and a photo of the damage and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
Please do not return any items before first making contact with us. Damaged items must be reported to us within five days of your order being marked as ‘delivered’ on tracking.
Items that have been deemed damaged or faulty will be replaced. Replacements will issued for the exact item(s) originally ordered, or, only in the case that these are now out of stock, with the nearest possible alternative.
Re-shipping & Fees
Should the postal service return your package due to an incorrect address, or your items is not collected from the post office, it will normally be returned to the sender. In that instance, we will offer to re-ship your item.
There will be a re-shipping fee (full shipping and/or any other charges incurred) which will be applied and require payment prior to the item being re-shipped.
Print & Colour Accuracy
Please note that the colours of products may vary from screen to screen and screen to print.
Also, the colours of printed items may differ slightly from the photograph or video listed on the site. We do our best to present my designs as true as possible on my website, however, the colours may still vary slightly.
Please note that digital downloads are non-refundable, and we do not offer returns on these items.
When ordering a digital product, the download link will be available after the purchase is made. For more information please refer to the appropriate section in our FAQ.
Licence (Use of Digital Downloads)
All digital downloads are copyrighted and only intended for personal use. It is prohibited to share our designs, products or items with others online or redistribute, resell or use for commercial purpose and offenders are liable to prosecution.
You may use digital files only for print and personal use, meaning you may use it for personal prints, cards and gifts. The content cannot be used to charge money, collect fees, receive any form of remuneration and/or credit. It cannot be shared, resold, relicensed, sub-licensed, rented, leased, or used in advertising or branding. You can use it in your home or for a gift.
The title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for all content remain exclusively with A Modern Remedy/AMR Store.
We offer the following payment options:
- Credit-/Debit Card: Secure transaction with your Credit- or Debit Card.
- PayPal: Secure transaction with a PayPal account.
A Modern Remedy/AMR Store is not responsible for any additional feeds or charges made by payment processors or financial institutions.
